  • What's the best way to order Focus Vitamins?

    We encourage you to create an account on our website to place orders. Your account will allow you to check the status of your current order, change your billing or shipping information, manage product subscriptions, and view your order history. If you prefer to order over the phone, please call (855) 663-6287.

  • How are my vitamins shipped?

    Products are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, or United States Postal Service with the exception of Hawaii which is only United States Postal Service. Shipping is free on individual bottles when you choose to auto-renew.

  • Can I return my vitamin order?

    Retail purchases may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days. Please call (855) 663-6287 with your order number (RMA) for return instructions.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order by calling (855) 663-6287. If an order has shipped, an order number (RMA) is given for returns per the instructions above.

  • How can I check the status of my order and see package tracking information?

    Login to your account to check tracking information for each of your orders.

  • I signed up for subscription ordering, but am unsure when my next order is going to arrive. How do I find out?

    Login to your account, and view your order history to see the last date of the subscription order. The next subscription order is scheduled for processing the designated period after the last subscription order date. In general, subscription orders are processed and entered on your account 5-10 days prior to delivery.

    Focus Vitamins are available at participating physician offices across the country and select pharmacies. Click here to find a location closest to you.   • Can I pay by check?

    We currently do not accept payments by check. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • What is a retina specialist?

    A Retina Specialist is an Ophthalmologist who has undertaken two extra years of specialized training known as a Retinal Fellowship to master the medical and surgical treatment of retinal and macular diseases. An Ophthalmologist is a medical Doctor who typically has 12 years of post high school education (four years each of College, Medical School, and Residency training). A Retinal Specialist is an Ophthalmologist who has also taken a Retina Fellowship.
